Allandale Station Park ~ 23.6 acres
Lakeshore Drive between Tiffin Street & Minet's Point Road
Description: Features include a beautiful waterfront setting, bike/walk path, and the Southshore Community Centre, which is available for rent for various special events and hosts Barrie’s year-round information centre.
Ardagh Bluffs ~ 298 acres
South of Ardagh Road & North of Harvie Road
Description: Woodlot with great trails.
Barrie Arboretum (Sunnidale Park)
Description: Located in the northwest corner of Sunnidale Park. Includes a living catalogue of trees shrubs, flowers etc. Highlights include a lilac dell, evergreen bed, butterfly bush and rose gardens.
Barrie Community Sports Complex ~ 118 acres
Located in Midhurst, off of Hwy 26. exit Hwy 400 at Bayfield Street, travel north on Bayfield Street to Hwy 26, turn west on Hwy 26, follow to Nursery Road, turn north on Nursery Road, the park is on the left.
Description: Free parking available for events. Features 8 Slopitch combo fields, 2 baseball diamonds, 3 Soccer pitches, and 3 Rugby/Football/Soccer combo fields. Enjoy a Barrie Baycats baseball game at Barrie Metals Stadium located at the Sports Complex.
Centennial Park ~ 12 acres
Lakeshore Drive between Bayfield Street and Tiffin Street
Description: Features include walk/bike path, volleyball courts, playground, beach, concession stands, picnic tables & pavilion, washrooms, parking etc.
East Bayfield Community Park ~ 24 acres
Hanmer Street East, east of Bayfield Street
Description: Features include the Barrie Sports Dome, parking lot and East Bayfield Community Centre.
The Gables ~ 42.3 acres
Northeast of Bay Lane & Tollendal Mill Road
Description: Features include woodlot trails.
Heritage Park ~ 4.4 acres
South side of Lakeshore Drive, between Bayfield Street and Mulcaster Street
Description: Features include waterfront setting, gazebo, water play area, walkway/paths, change rooms, washrooms, duck pond, gardens etc.
Minet's Point Park ~ 2.8 acres
North of Tollendal Mill Road, east of Minet's Point Road, on White Oaks Road.
Description: Features include playground equipment, beach, washrooms, change rooms and parking.
Queens Park ~ 9.5 acres
Surrounded by Ross Street, Toronto Street, Park Street, & Parkside Street.
Description: Features include skateboarding, playground, ball diamond, tennis courts (lit), and washrooms.
Radenhurst Park ~ 1.48 acres
West side of Buchanan Street or the east side of Radenhurst Crescent east of Johnson Street.
Description: Features include playground equipment.
Redpath Park ~ 1.48 acres
On the southeast corner of Redpath Road and Carlton Road, east of Bayfield, north of Ferris Lane.
Description: Features include playground equipment.
Riverwood Park ~ 7.41 acres
Kozlov Street between Heather Street & Cundles Road. (behind apartment buildings)
Description: Features include playground equipment, ball diamond and tennis courts (lit).
St. Vincent Park ~ 2.17 acres
South of Street Vincent Street between Blake Street & Kempenfelt Drive.
Description: Features include playground equipment, picnic area, and washrooms.
Shear Park ~ 10.5 acres
East side of Innisfil Street, between Holgate Street & Baldwin Lane
Description: Features include playground equipment, major ball diamond, washrooms and parking.
Tyndale Park ~ 14.8 acres
East of Cox Mill Road, north of Tollendal Mill Road on the lake side of Tyndale Road.
Description: Features include playground equipment, beach (unsupervised), picnic area and parking.
