Just finished in early 2022 and full of upgrades including copper sinks, heated floors, fireplace, a 16-inch ran can showerhead, and attractive artwork, our Chalet is a luxuriously rustic guest house located in Barrie, Ontario, just an hour’s drive north of Toronto, Canada and a 100 metre, two-minute walk from a beach, park and playground on the shore of beautiful Lake Simcoe.
We look forward to welcoming you to your private home away from home on our large property with heated salt water pool in a quiet, mature residential neighbourhood. Enjoy warm summers, fall colours, winter activities and scenery, or spring thaw just steps away from the lake and park that are active and available all year long.
Perfect for families, couples, and travelers looking for a unique rustic luxury experience in a friendly, comfortable environment on a ski or summer vacation, a weekend with friends, or a business trip. We love to welcome new guests to share and enjoy it – and maybe even become friends as we have with so many of our past guests.
We are a friendly, empty-nest professional couple who travel worldwide, and work and live in a separate home on the property and are usually around if you need anything.
