How to reach Tourism Barrie's Visitor Information Centre at 205 Lakeshore Drive
From Hwy 400 exit at Essa Rd (Exit 94): Go north on Essa Rd. towards Kempenfelt Bay. Turn right onto Tiffin St and right onto Lakeshore Dr. You will see our office located at 205 Lakeshore Dr., on your left at the Southshore Community Centre.
From Hwy 27 (coming north from Toronto): Follow Hwy 27 (which becomes Essa Rd.) into Barrie. Follow to Tiffin St. Turn right on Tiffin St., and right onto Lakeshore Dr. You will see our office located at 205 Lakeshore Dr., on your left at the Southshore Community Centre.
From Hwy 27 North (coming south from Elmvale): Follow Hwy 27 into Barrie (which becomes Bayfield St.). Follow until Bayfield St. ends at Lakeshore Dr. Turn right onto Lakeshore Dr. and follow around the bay. You will see our office located at 205 Lakeshore Dr., on your left at the Southshore Community Centre.
From Yonge St (County Rd. 4): Follow Yonge St into Barrie. Turn right onto Minet's Point Rd. Follow Minet's Point Rd. to Lakeshore Dr. Turn left onto Lakeshore Dr. You will see our office at 205 Lakeshore Dr. on your right at the Southshore Community Centre.
From Hwy 11: Follow Hwy 11 South as it merges into Hwy 400 South. From Hwy 400 exit at Essa Rd (Exit 94). Turn left on Essa Rd. and follow to Tiffin St. Turn right onto Tiffin St and right onto Lakeshore Dr. You will see our office located at 205 Lakeshore Dr., on your left at the Southshore Community Centre.
